Jim Marcinko has been in the Recycling industry for the past 25 years.   Having started with New England CRinc back in the early nineties, he has been fortunate to see the many changes the industry has gone through.  From the beginning with source separated collection, to dual stream, and now to Single Stream collection programs.  These changes have led to many upgrades in sorting / processing equipment.  Jim is currently the Southern Tier Recycling Director for Waste Management overseeing 50+ MRFs in the Southern US.
