Patti has had a successful career in public relations and marketing, most recently as the Exectuive Director of Communications and Industry Outreach for the Paper and Packaging Board, where she leads communications, website content, social media, influencers and industry outreach for the paper and paper packaging industry's national marketing campaign.

Throughout her career at major corporations and trade associations, she has thrived on helping business grow and make meaningful connections with their customers by utilizing marketing, publicity, new web content and digital media. She has held leadership positions at numerous organizations including Freddie Mac, the American Bankers Association and Comerica Bank.

Her expertise and experience include providing strategic marketing advice, reputation management, crisis communications, media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, website content evaluation/user experience, digital marketing, consumer education outreach and product rollouts. 

Patti has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in Public Communications from American University.
