Mike Roxas is a seasoned packaging professional with more than a decade of experience across the global food and consumer goods industry. He has held key packaging roles at Nestlé Philippines, Cereal Partners Worldwide, and Ahold Delhaize USA. Mike specializes in packaging sustainability, partnering closely with suppliers to develop solutions grounded in Life Cycle Analysis and aligned with organizational goals. He is a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP), accredited by the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
In his current role as Packaging Engineering Manager for Private Brands at Ahold Delhaize USA—parent company of Food Lion, Stop & Shop, The Giant Company, Giant Food, and Hannaford—Mike leads packaging development, innovation, and optimization for the full Private Brands portfolio. He drives packaging sustainability initiatives, oversees packaging innovation strategies, monitors industry trends, and identifies opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency across the supply chain. His work supports brand differentiation and the continued growth of Ahold Delhaize USA’s Private Brands.
