Marina Solis serves on How2Recycle’s R&D team, which develops the technical standards behind North America’s most recognizable recycling and disposal label. On the How2Recycle team, Marina supports research that determines a material's recyclability in alignment with national and state standards. Prior to joining GreenBlue’s How2Recycle, Marina spent several years in the CPG industry, engineering packaging for a range of food and beverage companies and managing sustainable packaging projects. While earning her B.S. in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, she developed a passion for improving the everyday products people interact with while minimizing their environmental impacts.
